Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026 · Version 2.2

Welcome to LeonW Cloud ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our server hosting services, digital billing portal (https://leonw.store), and server management panel (https://panel.leonw.store) (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, depositing or purchasing credits, ordering a server instance, or otherwise utilizing our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have legal parental/guardian consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Service.

1. Service Description & Provisioning

1.1 What We Provide: LeonW Cloud provides high-performance cloud hosting instances, game server runtimes (Minecraft, Rust, Palworld, ARK, CS2, etc.), Discord bot containers, web runtimes, and low-latency network infrastructure powered by Pterodactyl Wings architecture.

1.2 Digital Delivery: Our hosting instances and account credits are intangible digital products. Upon confirmed payment or credit allocation, server instances and resources are provisioned automatically and made available immediately.

1.3 Resource Allocations: Each hosting plan specifies dedicated resource caps (CPU cores, RAM memory, NVMe SSD storage, and network ports). You agree not to bypass, exploit, or attempt to override these limits.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use our infrastructure strictly for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to:

  • Launch, facilitate, or participate in Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, IP spoofing, or network flooding.
  • Execute high-intensity unauthorized workloads including cryptocurrency mining, distributed password cracking, or unauthorized stress testing.
  • Operate open unauthenticated proxy servers, TOR exit nodes, or malicious command-and-control infrastructure.
  • Host, store, or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, or phishing content.
  • Host content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property or violates applicable laws.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.

3. Billing & Credit System (10 Credits = $1.00 USD)

3.1 Virtual Credit System: Our hosting platform operates on a virtual credit balance model, pegged at an exchange rate of 10 Credits = $1.00 USD. Account credits are used to maintain active server instance hourly/monthly renewals.

3.2 One-Time Purchase Authorization: By completing a credit purchase or subscription at checkout, you expressly authorize LeonW Cloud and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed.

3.3 Payment Processors: Credit card and online payment transactions are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors, including Waffo Pancake, as well as verified cryptocurrency payment gateways (GMpay). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3.4 Auto-Renewal & Suspension: Active servers automatically consume credits from your account balance to sustain server runtime. If your balance reaches zero, server instances are suspended. We provide a 7-day grace period for you to replenish credits before unrenewed servers and temporary files are permanently removed.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 User-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel or delete any active server instance at any time directly through your dashboard at leonw.store (Server Settings → Delete Server). Upon deletion, future hourly credit consumption for that server stops immediately.

4.2 Account Deletion: You may request complete account closure at any time by contacting our support desk at support@leonw.dev.

5. Refund Policy (Hosting Services & Credits)

Because our server hosting and digital credits are delivered immediately upon purchase, our refund rules are structured as follows:

  • 7-Day Unused Credit Refund Guarantee: First-time buyers may request a 100% full refund on purchased credits within 7 calendar days of the transaction date, provided the purchased credits have not been consumed or depleted toward active server hosting.
  • Extended Service Disruption (≥ 72 Hours): If an active server instance experiences verified, unscheduled network or node downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours attributable directly to our internal infrastructure failure, you are eligible upon request for a pro-rated refund or account credit equivalent to the affected downtime period.
  • Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors: In the rare event of an accidental duplicate transaction or verified billing error, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method upon verification within 5–10 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:
    • Credits that have already been allocated, consumed, or burned toward active server compute hours.
    • Accounts or servers suspended or terminated for breaches of Section 2 (Acceptable Use Policy).
    • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days following the original purchase date where services were successfully provisioned and operational.
  • Statutory Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights granted to consumers under applicable law (such as statutory withdrawal rights in the European Union or United Kingdom prior to digital performance).

How to Request a Refund: Submit your request by emailing support@leonw.dev with your account email address, invoice/transaction ID, and reason for the request. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you notice any unfamiliar charge or discrepancy on your statement, please contact us at support@leonw.dev prior to opening a bank dispute or payment chargeback. We commit to acknowledging all billing inquiries within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

7. Data Responsibility & Backups

While automated hardware RAID and backup snapshots may be maintained for disaster recovery, customers are solely responsible for creating and downloading regular off-site backups of all server files, database contents, scripts, world saves, and player data. LeonW Cloud is not liable for data loss caused by customer configuration errors, malicious third-party plugins/mods, or sudden software corruption.

8. Service Level & Modifications

We target 99.9% uptime across all hosting nodes and network links. Scheduled maintenance is posted in advance through our client portal and support channels. We reserve the right to revise server specifications, operating environments, or these Terms with reasonable advance notice posted on our website.

9. General Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEONW CLOUD, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, WORLD FILES, CONFIGURATION DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVERS HOSTED THEREON.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEONW CLOUD IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team at support@leonw.dev.
